Key Economic Indicator Release Schedule for May 5, 2008 - May 9, 2008
The two ISM releases this week provide additional insight into current and near-term manufacturing health. Manufacturing jobs continue to decline but the manufacturing sector has held the economy afloat via strong exports. Still, we don't understand the continued loss of jobs. The latest report on productivity and costs will be of interest, as well.
